This is a very nice mini collection of Fernande postcards that were hand painted. They came from the estate of Ronnie Barker, a British comedian. He was a character actor who starred in many British comedies. He collected postcards and had a huge collection. He wrote and published a book about vintage postcards. It is possible these colorized versions of Fernande were a special order item from the French PC maker Jean Agelou.
